A redevelopment of the previous Network Rail Arches, this impressive student accommodation project for long-standing client SCAPE created 412 studio rooms and cluster flats. The development comprised four towers located in two main blocks, East and West, which were connected by a four-storey linking structure. The scope further included a one-storey bicycle storage area, communal areas, study areas and a gym.
